Type of a scam Government Grant
a facebook friend texted me about a government grant that he received from the Community Development Organization in the sum of 50,000 and that i need to go the the facebook Https://www.facebook.com/BethAmato and request friend. this person from facebook tested me all kinds of info about getting money from a government grant. i was approved for 200,000.00 and the cash was ready to be FedExed to me. all i had to do was pay 800.00 fee via western union. when they get the 800 they will send the 200k.
Obvious Scam….. Look for misspellings and bad grammar. no one will give you large sums of money just for asking for it.
on the Facebook page first glance it looks legitimate but reading all the posts way back this person is from Nigeria.
it looks like this Facebook page goes back to 2014. has this person been scamming since 2014?
