Type of a scam Debt Collections
Person called and stated that I owed 1600 dollars for a payday loan. I asked more information and they hung up. Called back and spoke to an Erica and Lindsay who asked for my social and thats when I knew it was instantly a scam. Was hung up on twice for asking what company it was which they kept cutting in and out on when giving the name. Sounded like they were purposefully muting the phone to make it hard to understand.
