On May 24, 2017 I was contacted by Nam Pro Tech claiming that our computer was hacked and that our computer needed to be cleaned. I called the number on the screen and spoke to a gentleman who sounded foreign. He stated that we needed our computer cleaned up. At that time, my husband agreed to pay $400.00 for a lifetime warranty for hackers. We provided our credit card information.

The next day I was again contacted by a second company, Antedea, through gmail stating that my computer was hacked. I explained that I already paid for a lifetime warranty. I was given a number of 800-676-8695 and a information on a Supervisor with the name of Alex Thompson who called me and was told I could call him back. At that time I contacted my bank and the bank is holding my credit card payment. At this time, my computer is not working correctly and I have not called Mr. Thompson.
