Type of a scam Online Purchase

Placed an order with this company at the beginning of January 2020. I emailed the company because the order hadn’t shipped when it was expected to, Naked Wardrobe responded saying that they would ship the order in the next 24 hours. The order wasn’t shipped and now I can’t get in contact with the company, I’ve tried reaching out to the many times, tried calling, email and on social media with no response and the company is posting on their Instagram asking people to place orders. I have more photos of trying to contact Naked Wardrobe but I could only add one photo. By looking on their Instagram in the comment sections, this seems to be an issue with the company for a lot of people.
