I ordered the drone x pro they charged me twice refunded the 2nd charge but I never got my drone I paid for it why have I not got it I ordered it on May 8 2020 here we are in October still nothing why can’t get ahold of no body at n2invent poooor customer service I wouldn’t ever buy anything from them ever again EVER EVER! Total scam been waiting 2 months…and their not answering emails or calls.

No product or refund…I’m starting to believe there is no drone.
Since May 22 it has said waiting on shipping partner…I just want my product I paid for or my money back.
Eventually your site will be going down…I. calling the fed trade commission

Make sure you collect the tracking info…and contact your bank and dispute the charges, they will also investigate these s scammers…I hope they enjoy being investigated by countless banks, soon the government will step in and have this website taken down.

It appeared to be a legitimate advertising for these drones and reading reviews. I decided to get the promo for two drones at 50% off. One for myself and one for my son. Money was taken from my account givin a receipt with supposed email address. Cannot find anthing concerning this company and was taken for 185.90. It has been over 2 months and I have not recieve product.

Ordered a drone. Emailed them after searching for it. After 80some emails I still do not have drone. I got a handwritten check for 29 dollars to try n shut me up. Card I used doesn’t take refunds back. Didnt know at the time. Then after continuing to email and ask questions they offered an extra battery free and made a label for it. That’s all. This started april 28th. Now its June and I just want my money back. I’m afraid to try and cash the check they sent to me. Never received regular check from a business. It was all handwritten. Odd.
I’d say this is a total scam! I’m going to keep fighting. I’ll tell anyone who will listen N2invent is a SCAM!

I bought a drone for $179.95 on N2 invent website with the hope of surprising my love one. I did it in April, and at the end of May, I still have not received despite being told that it has shipped several times

Anytime the customer service is called, i am always told that something happened with the technical team, and a shipping date is being prepared. I have had this message a dozen time.

I have gone to other website review just to find that about similar complaints from customer. This company is a total scam, and I will not recommend any purchase from it unless you wanna loose your money like me.

Hopefully they are going put out of business

I saw an ad on YouTube about this this new company that are selling drones for $100 that are just as good if not better than drones that are much more expensive. They never produce the product. After I ordered it I decided to cancel the order, but then they offered to give me back 50% of my purchase price. Suprisingly they did refund the 50% money back to my bank account. 2 weeks later I contacted them about where is my order, they said it will be shipped at the end of the week. I did receive a tracking order, but it shows the product has not made it to the postal office for delivery and that was two weeks ago. Now they won’t answer my emails? It’s been almost 2months since I ordered this drone and received nothing? And YouTube still runs these commercials constantly? This scam needs to stop, especially before xmas.

Type of a scam Counterfeit Product

This theft occurred because I was stupid. I paid 105.90 on 04/02/2020, for a camera drone that does not exist and the advertisement was false and misleading. This "company" doesn’t even offer a customer service number to track your merchandise. It claims to be a business from Atascadero, California. If possible please let the world know about these thieves.

I too have been taken and I have read many many more people’s reviews that all say the same things in every comment that I’ve read here, if nothing else they got big ones! Isn’t it illegal to manipulate the Federal Government by falsifying USPS documents at their subsequent agreements? Getting slammed by the Feds seems like a great Penance!
