On May 27, 2016 a noisy pop-up appeared on my computer (appearing from Microsoft) telling me my computer was infected with a virus and that I should call the supplied telephone number to fix the problem, or my computer will be blocked. I called and got "Mytechadvise" who told me a virus got thru my *** security and they needed to clean up my machine and install a security system because *** was too weak. They finally convinced me to buy the software for 3 years at $499.99. I still not sure if my computer is secure.
