I ordered what was supposed to be a picture of my pet etched into a necklace charm. What I got was a blob of cheap silver with nothing on it. I sent SEVERAL emails to the company and got no response at all. They only permit a 5 day refund. How convenient for them, right? They are taking advantage of hurting people who lost their pets. AVOID THEM!

PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY THAT USES FACEBOOK ! IT ASKS YOU TO SEND A PIC OF YOUR BELOVED PET..AND TO DOWNLOAD SEND PAYMENT. THE ONLY THING YOU GET BACK IS CONFIRMATION THAT PAYMENT IS RECEIVED. THEY SAY THEY WILL SEND YOU A TRACKING NUMBER IT TAKES 3 DAYS AND 10 DAYS TO SEND IT OUT. ITS A SCAM. THERE IS NEVER A TRACKING NUMBER AND YOU ARE NOT GIVEN AN ADDRESS OF THE COMPANY OR NUMBER! THEY SAY TO EMAIL THEM, WITHIN 2 DAYS THE EMAIIL IS RETURNED AS A BAD ADDRESS. PAY PAL HAS BEEN NOTIFIED AND THOUGH IT TAKES 30 DAYS, GO DIRECTLY TO YOUR BANK AND PUT IN A CLAIM AS A SCAM TO GET YOUR MONEY BACK. ITS HORRIBLE THAT THESE PEOPLE USE YOUR PETS TO TAKE YOUR MONEY. REPORT THIS TO BETTER BUSINESS AND FBI!!
