I received a call at work telling me my loan application for a pay day loan had been approved for $1,500. When I pushed 1, it refers you to a website – www.mypayusa.com – and instructs you to enter promo code 7747. I have not applied for any loans.

Type of a scam Advance Fee Loan
Called my phone and said that I had been approved for the loan that I applied for. I have not applied for any loans. I tried to call back to no avail. I went to the website and called the number shown there (855-531-8909) and they only allow you to answer questions regarding loan application through an automated system. Once you say you are not interested in a loan it disconnects.
