Is a person who has two convictions of Fraud in the State of Michigan ( John Vincent Sruba)

Upon Filing a False Legal Government Document, under the Voluntary Dissolution Act, by a New Company or New myfreeimplants.com Owner. This allows John Vincent Sruba to Fraudulently Acquire these Tax Free Donations as a Asset of myfreeimplants.com , after the Finalization of Filing Voluntary Dissolution of myfreeimplants.com ( https://opencourtrecords.org/MI/61st-District-Court/2003-GC-0004007)

Im a model who earned 5000eur (5700$) from donations to my medical surgery . on 27th June I got my payment agreement that my payent will be sent on 26th July, but it is not yet sent,already 2.5 months im waiting,with no results, new owner just tell many models many excuses,not to pay. then website is under reconstruction,then he didnt got access to full paperwork,then didnt got all passwords from ex owners. but again excuses and excuses not to pay. already 10 models are waiting for payments..
