I ordered Navien 180E combi/boiler through website on 11/07/18. Total costs is $2100.00. I did send message on the website on Nov 9 but no response. I decided to call the toll number. After I left message and several times but no response.
I decided to do research on google and found more information. His name is Hebron Mathews so I decided to call his personal phone number. After several calls and received no response.
I go ahead dispute the charged on credit card on Nov 13
