Type of a scam Online Purchase

I seen an ad on Facebook for trial face cream and anti aging serum and you only pay the shipping. I paid the shipping and then 14 days later I see two charges on my credit card totaling $378.03. I called the company and asked what this was for. I was told that because I did not call them within 14 days to cancel, I have to pay full price for the product. She said it was in the confirmation email in the fine print. I searched for those emails and no fine print. I called the company back and was told by a different agent that it was in the initial sign up. Both agents gave different explanations, no consistency with these agents of where the "fine print" is. I asked for a copy of this so called disclaimer and I was told they cannot provide it to me. Nowhere in the initial pitch are you told that you actually must pay for those free samples if you don’t call within 14 days to cancel. You are also not told that a recurring credit card charge from 2 different companies will appear on your statement. After reviewing all literature from My Skin please watch for other names such as Skin Flow, Fresh Skin and Your Skin!
