I followed a link from an article which attested to the weight loss benefits of an herb, Garcinia Cambogia. This took me to a pngage that said I could get a free bottle of Garcinia Cambogia if I paid the $4.95 shipping. I received the bottle and my card was charged $4.95. Three weeks later, my card was charged for $79.95. I tried to get a refund, but the company over both email and phone said that I had agreed to terms and conditions by placing the order that stated if I didn’t return the product in 14 days, I had to pay the full amount. I never saw any of these terms and conditions, and would never have agree to them. If there were T&C’s, they were cleverly hidden or minimized. I really thought I was getting a free trial and only had to pay the shipping.
