This site is setup as if you are on the correct site to renew your drivers license, you actually have a tab that you select saying that you are renewing your drivers license. Once you enter your credit card information and personal contact info you receive a confirmation email thanking you for your purchase of a roadmap. Once you realized that you were not renewing your license although that specific tab was selected and call the number listed on website, the first question I was asked when I requested a refund was that I needed to give my security code on the credit card that was use to make the purchase so that may look up my account. "Redflag" then the person continue to explained to me that I was being charge 3.99 just for using the site and later will see a charge of 25.99 for something that did not make sense to me sounded fraudulent. and after I pay the 25.99 then they would assist me in renewing my license. He stated I could not get a refund however I could get coupons free in the mail. It was not until I threaten to turn them in to police that he agreed to give me a refund.
