Type of a scam Debt Collections

Someone saying she was Laura Stevens called me out of the blue saying that i took out a loan with MyCashNow 9 years ago and did not pay it back. She also said that i had been contacted via email and mail (both have been the same for 15 years) and i researched and have nothing from them or the three processing companies she referred to. I asked for some kind of validation of this debt and would take care of this immediately if in fact i did owe. She told me that she could not email or send me anything and that i could settle today for $1400.00 or the case would go to court. She then told me to contact them and see what they might do and immediately hung up on me. When i did the number on their website was for another company all together.
