Owner goes by the name of Michael Kelman and Avrahem Kelman (used to operate under VHV Corportation), now operates under MVM Homes. Running an illegal AIRBNB type business where he illegally sublets apartment units in the Greater Los Angeles area. Do not give him any of your money because he will keep your deposit and not return it. He has several judgements, bankruptcies, fraud complaints against him. Be warned!
