I received a phone call from (810) 522-8048 which is a recording, it gives you the option to press 0 for a live operator but you can’t get through to anyone the message keep repeating. They gave (972)715-3219 as a direct contact number, while trying to contact this number it stays busy and when I finally got a representative they asked me to verify who I was and the last four of my ssn which I didn’t provide. I asked where the were calling from and they said Mutual Mediation Loss Mitigation Specialist and they were calling on behalf of DTE Energy with a file number and they will be garnishing my wages if I didn’t settle this debt for $600.00. I contacted DTE Energy directly and the file doesn’t exist. I then called them back to request more information but they wouldn’t provide any information if I didn’t verify my ssn. I asked for a manager who in turn just stated her name was Ms. Diana who wouldn’t provide any information and was very rude. I continued to call the number back to get more information and every time I called they picked up and hung up on me or claimed they were transferring me to someone who can help me and disconnected the call.
