Type of a scam Phishing

After I called and reported the scam, obviously put out by kids the mother called and used multiple profanities. The original phone calls had several recorded messages and advertisements for different businesses. One even stated since your a whore we have an abortion service available. They called back to threaten me with prosecution for harassing them when they kept calling me at work. This was all from the same number. They differed roofing deals and laser pointer deals. When the mother called back she new my name,last name and age and threatens me with prosecution for harassment
