Type of a scam Debt Collections
Tom Berry calls claiming to be part of a mediation group working with litigation processing services from +1 (801) 337-2818 in Ogden, UT. He claimed I owed $1,703.26 from old pay day loans and threatens to send them to the courts if I don’t pay. Last week he ‘sent’ them off to the courts yet today called again claiming I could still reconcile this debt.
