I thought I was buying a puppy from a website I had found. The breeder was going to ship the puppy after supposedly having a death in family. He made fake arrangements to ship via multisafe delivery. The puppy was suppose to come with shot records and health certificates. We had to purchase pet insurance for protection & a climatized crate. The puppy supposedly flew from Maryland to Texas ( then was supposed to come to NC) only to supposedly find out it was missing a vaccination. They then said we had to pay $300 for that shot. I at this point I knew everything was a scam between supposed breeder & shipping company. All was fictitious. I caled local law enforcement to file a fraud report.
