Type of a scam Online Purchase

I purchased $100 dollars worth of stuff on mulandress using my PayPal account. After a week I didn’t receive and tracking number so I tried to contact them. I emailed them three times before I got any reply back. Once I finally did get a reply it was a computer automated reply and they sent me a tracking number. However, when I got the tracking number it didn’t work. I went to the site to look at their list of problems and it said some thing about the tracking number not working and explaining why it might not work. Fast forward a month later. I finally get my items and when I open my package, to my surprise, NOTHING was what it was advertised on the site. The my lied about material and they even sent me things that didn’t even look like the item I purchased but was the same color. So when I tried to email them about a return it was no shock to me at this point that I wouldn’t get a reply. I emailed them 4 times about processing a return and I even tried writing them on social media about my concerns a couple times. This is a no customer service scam.
