I ordered from this website on June 20, 2020. I spent $33.96 on cat bowls and was supposed to receive them within 2 weeks. I have sent more than a dozen emails as of today (August 2, 2020). I have a China post tracking number and a tracking number from their website. No one has responded to my emails and I cannot track my packages. Since it’s been almost 6 weeks I am more than furious. There is no way for me to get a refund on these bowls. This website always showed up in my Facebook newsfeed and I thought I might as well try it out! Unfortunately, even Facebook didn’t know how much of a scam this website is. Hopefully I’ll receive my package in the end, but it seems unlikely.

Let me start by saying that their address on their website is fake. The products come (if and when they come) FROM CHINA!!!!

I ordered a dog carrier more than 2 months ago and I had been waiting very patiently to get it even though 70 days is TOO LONG! Still, I never complained. I never received any emails from this company. Never got any information about shipping details, never got anything at all. Until today when I got a notification that it was delivered to me early this afternoon. Guess what! I WAS HOME ALL DAY AND NOTHING WAS EVER DELIVERED TO ME OR MY HOUSE! Basically this company either don’t know how to do their job properly or they just don’t care. I paid for something that I NEVER RECEIVED!!!!! I am not living in some deserted or weird location you know… I live in the heart of Queens, NY. How hard can it be to deliver something to the right place?!?!?!? I read (unfortunately now that it is too late), that more people had the same problem as I did. I thought I should let you know and prevent others from getting scammed too. I would like to get a refund of course, but I doubt they would even bother to send me a simple "we are sorry"!
