Type of a scam Online Purchase

I ordered a screen protector for my phone after seeing their add on Instagram. Although it’s a small purchase this company never sent me the product. I ordered on 06/08/2019. I made inquiries via email & their Instagram page asking for the tracking number/ status of my order. They were vague & told me it was on its way. I kept inquiring on my order with the same result. I told them a week ago I’d report then to you if they didn’t refund me or produce a tracking number. I still don’t have my purchase, a tracking number or my order. I wanted to alert you as it seems this has happened to others per posts on their Instagram account. I wished I looked at their page before placing the order. I know it’s a little bit of money but o don’t like that me & others appear to have been scammed.
