Type of a scam Debt Collections

I have been emailed twice by MSB so far. Today I decided to look into it. I tried to login using the reference code and my zip, results told me to call. I did. I was informed I have a court date and that my registration is about to get suspended over a red light ticket from 2012. I know that I paid this a few months after I recieved it, I remember being threatened with my license. The worker spoke very quietly and was not helpful, trying to bully me into paying over $700 then and there. I know I paid that ticket. Nothing is on my credit report, and probation surely would have found that. Thank you for your time and keeping us safe.
