This company called me stating my computer network was being hacked that my computer wasn’t being protected and that my Microsoft edge was corrupted and I need their help because they were Microsoft tech. I paid $330 for them to clean up and protect my computer network and provide my computer safety online. They showed me picture of man in Ohio that had gained access to my information and they could stop him before he did any damage to me. This whole story was a scam they did make it appear to have cleaned out my computer but the protection they provided did not stop more warnings and errors from showing up on my computer. Tech kept telling me how she could take care of all my problems with computer because they were Microsoft Security. The contract I signed says I can request refund I have done that and they denied to refund my money.
