Type of a scam Phishing

This is exactly what happened to me. I received a series of texts wanting to pay me a lot for a website. The files would come from a graphic designer and the site would have to come from a third party. They could only pay with a credit card. The type of fraud is explained here:

This is the second time in a few month that this has happened to me.. Once you say that you only take checks, they disappear. Please look into the telephone number from which I received the texts which I have provided above.
