Type of a scam Advance Fee Loan

This male called me on Monday and stated that I was excepted for a payday loan, when I received that phone call I hit record and recorded everything from that point on. Next he stated that I approved for up to $8000.00 but I would have to make a security deposit first. I agreed and settled for $3000.00 because we had an emergency that had occurred. He then told me that my security deposit was only $192.33 I was ok with that because he said that when I receive the loan the deposit would be refunded back to me. Three days later after I had given him my banking information he then tells me that his system was down so he had to send the money to me by western union and that I had to pay an extra $165.00! As we speak I haven’t received a penny as of yet. I have already given him the security deposit and he’s asking for more money, using a different name on the phone than on the money order, and the picture that comes up from the address that he gave me is definitely not a business! I want my money back and this man to caught before he swindles someone else out of their money!
