Moviepass says they will give unlimited movie passes per month with one fee but their app doesn’t work nor do they seem to have any customer service for issues or in order to cancel. Clicking on the cancellation link does nothing in the app and though they advertise "live chat" help, there is none.

It takes days, or longer, for them to respond. When there is a problem they are unreachable. To fix the issue, I have to hunt them down and try to contact them through multiple channels. I have never been responded to from their only listed way to contact them, I have to find other ways to get through. It feela like scam.
