The scammer posted an add on Craiglist advertising a gaming computer. I texted him to inquire, and found that he runs a tech support business that promises to build computers according to customer specified needs. After agreeing to a list of computer parts to be assembled and a price, I received an invoice and validity information that appeared official. Then, we met at a Walmart where I exchanged a PS4 and cash as a down-payment for the computer to be built. The scammer never delivered, but kept in contact for 3 months with the promise to deliver.
