I was contacted shortly after I apply for my DOT# and an agent name Jack Johnson ext 216 at Motor carrier compliance called me pretending to be The FMCSA. He told Me he was looking at my application gave me briefs description of what my application had and was missing to be approved. He also told me in other For him to complete my application I needed to pay him right Away for those following services BOC-3/ $99, Driver qualification file $187, drug and alcohol consortium $247 that’s a total of $533 So I decided to pay for the $99 for the BOC-3. I didn’t get What I paid for every time I called the guy ext. he just give me The run around and finally he never pick up my BOC 3 was never file with the FMCSA I had to contact somebody else.
