I ordered a carbon face mask from this company on April 11, 2020, and 2 months later, I have yet to receive it, I sent 4 emails, they reponded to 2 of them saying they wold ship shortly, but no tracking info came. I filed a claim with Paypal, and I immediately got a tracking number, but with experiences with other claims I filed with Paypal on other websites has taught me this is a usual tactic these scam websites use, they get notice you filed a claim, so they send tracking info in hopes you immediately cancel the claim, and nothing ever arrives. I will keep my claim open until I either receive the item, or I do not and Paypal refunds my money. Word of caution, if you file a Paypal claim and you receive tracking information, DO NOT CANCEL YOUR CLAIM! Leave it open until you either receive the item, or Paypal resolves it. I have gotten plenty of fake tracking numbers in past purchases. If you cancel the claim, you cannot reopen it.

I filed a complaint with Paypal to get a refund and I got a tracking number, but I have had experiences where I file a complaint with Paypal on other websites and they do the samwe thing, in hopes you will cancel your claim, and nothing ever arrives, so I will not cancel the claim until I receive my item, if it arrives at all.
