CHICV INTERNATIONAL HOLDING LIMITED, MOSTATA.com (clothing company) is a complete scam. It took 7+ weeks and several emails to get my order. I have attached a copy of several emails that I sent which went unanswered. When I received the dress, it is not even remotely close to the item I ordered. The dress is a see through, lightweight scarf fabric with the design printed on (not embroidered like website says) that looks NOTHING like the photo. It is so flimsy and see through that it is unwearable. I emailed them repeatedly that I want a refund, but no answer. There is no address to return item to, no receipt, no phone number or contact information on website there than an email address that no one responds to. I have requested a refund and will be filing a report with ScamPulse.com and FTC. Can PayPal help get me a refund? You should definitely block this company from being paid through PayPal.
