This company has a lot of issues. They are misrepresenting their product; the packages if they arrive come directly from China with no return address. The orders take way longer then promised, and both times I ordered I received different merchandise. The customer service representative may be a robot, it’s hard to tell. Please help, several people I know have had the same experience. Their online reputation is trrrible too.

Moonlight Bundles had an advertisement on Instagram of fashionable children’s clothing stating that they are a husband and wife team living in California and creating California style clothing for all. In the FAQ section of the website, which I saw after I placed the order, it states that the product gets shipped directly from China in order for it to be cost effective.
I ordered three articles of clothing November 11th in which they debited by account immediately. I received two of the articles of clothing and neither of them had the same branding tag in the clothing. The items were very poor quality, one had three stains on it and another the arms were not even. One article is still sitting in China since November 22nd.
There is no way to reach this company except for social media. When you contact them it is an automated message saying that they will look into it and get back to you…they never do.
With much frustration, I reach out to them on a daily basis and just continue to get a loop message with no return. I did some investigating online and there are SEVERAL complaints about Moonlight Bundles and customers having the same SCAM issue that I am having.
I will just donate the two articles that I received, but I should not be charged for something that I never received. I want the order cancelled and my money back.
I am writing to the BBB hoping that they can stop this company from scamming other people.
