Type of a scam Credit Cards

I am retired (over ten years) and I received a letter in the mail concerning my

"money network payroll card" informing me that my fee would be $2.95 per

month beginning January 15, 2019.

When I telephoned to say I had no such card, the rep asked for my social

security number, which I refused to give.

I continually asked for a supervisor or someone in charge to ask why I received

this, I was referred instead BACK to the original recording answering the phone —

where you push buttons and answer questions. This occurred three times. I

telephoned my local (Monroe, La.) BBB to make inquiries.

It is suspected that the money network payroll card is legit, but that

"others, ? someone ?" is using their name as a scaming project from three

different locations….Dallas, Los Angeles, and somewhere in Fla.
