Type of a scam Counterfeit Product

I hired a photo booth vendor off of Thumbtack which I believed to be legit as Thumbtack verifies all vendors and does background checks. Once this vendor received my payment in full the began to ignore me and never provided everything that was promised. BLANCA the owner promised a full refund and the refund never came. I started to research a little further and all the pictures that were on her website were pictures from others websites so the pictures were ripped off and not even their own. The reviews are also fake and not legit. This vendor is scamming people.
