Type of a scam Advance Fee Loan

Linda Pierce called from Monarch Financial Services and said that they had approved me for a $5,000 loan with 8% interest. I was surprised because my credit score was not very good. She said I would need to pay 3 months in advance and then the payments would be $225 per month for 24 months. She sent a contract and said I needed to print it and sign it and then send it back with a copy of driver’s license and she got my routing number and account number to put the money. I had a bad feeling and called the ScamPulse.com and they research this and as soon as I said I was supposed to send the 3 months advance money by wiring it to them, she said it was for sure a scam.

Type of a scam Advance Fee Loan

Got a call from a Brenda Harper at Monarch financial services supposedly in San Mateo Ca. She claimed I was pre- approved for a $5000 loan. I spoke with her but for some odd reason her phone was very bad and she kept hanging up on me. She called back the next day and she had somehow gotten my credit rating and stated that I could take the loan but it had a $450 security deposit attached to it. In other words, I had to pay that $450 fee up front to get the loan. When I investigated this company later that night, I found several other scam complaints about it. Turns out it is actually based somewhere in Toronto Canada. The San Mateo address they had claimed they where at is a car repair shop. The owner says he has had numerous calls about this loan company to his shop. I am putting this here so others will not be taken advantage of like I almost was. Please be careful who you borrow from.
