Type of a scam Online Purchase

I ordered a wig from Modern Boutique, Inc. It was really a bad wig. There was information about a return, so I put it back in the same envelope, and mailed it back. I got a tracking number that is was received. By whom, I do not know. I put a note in to return my money. I never got any reply.

I am a senior, and a cancer survivor. I do not have money to be throwing away.

Tom Pan appears to be the owner. His name was on the package. I have read some things on this business about others having problems. I would never order from them again.
