I contacted them a week before the 30 days were up to get a refund. Since the item I order wasn’t received and no longer wanted. After confronting them I contacted them for a bout 3 weeks, Explaining that I just wanted my refund for an item I never received. As they told me the item was shipped and all they can do is an exchange. But it’s about to be 2 months and still no item or refund.
