They say they have a current file regarding a family relative (they give that relatives name) and they want to confirm the address, social security number, their phone number etc regarding said relative. When asked for their business name or any information on what their business is they refuse to answer and say you are abusing them and either transfer you or hang up on you. They tried getting me to give them my mother in law’s number and other information. When I said I didn’t feel comfortable doing that and for them to please stop calling me they said I was abusing them and transferred me to a "manager" who then hung up on me when I asked for details about their business. They have called myself, my husband, and her other son.
