Type of a scam Online Purchase

Purchased a mist fan for back deck at a home show in Palm Springs July 1917. I thought I could install it my self. Upon trying I found that electric outlet would be required, necessitating drilling into wall. Found that would have to crawl thru attic for 50 ft. water line. Could find only one person who said he could do the job but he never returned after repeated calls. MistAmerica said they would send a tech to my area to do the install for $350. Tech dropped off a longer water line but would not work at my place. The office said tech was too busy at another job in my area. Office said I could return the machine for return of my payment, less 25% restock fee. I personally returned the machine 12/14/18 to Scottsdale. Clerk said they would check the machine, then return my money. within 8 to 10 days. Clerk said she would have dept. manager call me back. Never did. Could not reach sales people by phone and they would not return messages. As late as 1/29/2019 clerk said they had sent me a check but it was returned to them because they had moved!? Clerk said owner would credit my credit card account. They have not.

This company has lied, and obfuscated.
