I was recently contacted by a Mindlance recruiter named Yash Kasliwaw about a Quality Control Position with *** *** in St. Louis, MO. I had applied for a different position through *** ***, but I didn’t have the skills for the position. Somehow he know I was looking for a position with *** ***. He left a voicemail saying he was with a staffing agency and if I would be interested in a QC position with *** ***. He called me back and discussed the details. He sent me a job description and said he would call back, When we set up a time to speak over the phone, he requested my social security number and birth date. He also sent me a contract that he wanted me to approve. I have uploaded it to you. He wanted me to copy/paste the contract back to him saying I agree. This was on an unencrypted site. I refused. I will not deal with him further. I would like to know if he is a scammer trying get information or if Mindlance is not legit. He may not be connected to them. I don’t know how much damaging information he has and what I need to do.

Contract jobs for 3-6 months using Quest Diagnostics and Labcorp, which I contacted both companies and they stated they have no knowledge of this company. Be aware multiple people will call and email about the same position.

I have got a message from this company Mind lance located at the address above by Shashank Singh offering a job with Qualcomm as a Technical Support which the company is located 5828 Pacific Center Blvd, San Diego, CA 92121. I have check the website for the company and they have a location in San Diego which is *** *** *** *** *** *** *** ** ***. I tried to get the office phone number for this facility from the representative , but no response on the phone or email . So I have done some research. First if they have an office in San Diego why are they calling me to contract out a job from New Jersey. I have also checked the website there is no phone number or website for the San Diego location. Then I contacted the Company myself they have stated they have never heard of the company or the person who is working there. I don’t know how these people got my number or my email address. All my information is private and only people I give authorization to can view my resume alone. I have also send out a email to the company asking them about this so called temp agency to let them know what is going on.

Can you please do something about these scammers so they don’t do this to anyone else.

Please contact me back at the email listed above and let me know what can be done.

Thank you for your time and attention in this matter.
