order 4pairs of sunglass in july 2017 received 1 pair 3month tried to contact company by phone auto answer and place on hold due to high volume calls, at one point I was on hold for 2hours never got to speak with a live person, called to many times also used the live chat option only got replies several days later with a trouble ticket ### did this option several times also everytime I would get the same results placed on hold by phone and live chat will give me another ticket number. It is now January 2018 and still have not receive my order here are the order ## and date of order 1298707 july 20 2017 and order # 5873 july 24 2017.
