Type of a scam Online Purchase

i recently invested money into a puppy from this website and later found out it was a scam. i was mislead and lied to on multiple occasions. i was informed about a sales contract that i never received along with the puppy i purchased. i spoke to the individual on the phone who sounded like a Hispanic male. He claimed "you get what you pay for" but in this case i received nothing. i was expecting to receive the puppy i purchased but in return i have received lies, inconveniences, and the loss of my money. After contacting the seller multiple times i have received no texts or calls back. The puppy i paid for is still for sale online after i was told it would be removed immediately upon purchase. The phone number online is changed frequently, the email gives no indication of an actual person, the location address is actually the location of a doctor’s office, and there are multiple accounts to receive money from. i believe i am not the only individual who has been scammed and i am very hopeful that i am refunded the full amount of my money and this person faces the consequences of his/her deceitful, and fraudulent crimes.
