I paid these two people, one was an old lady who claim to be the owner of the property at 944 College Dr in San Jose, Mike Brown was a Realtor. I was looking for an apartment in the area. Mike replied my message on craiglist. The room was to be available on 29th Feb I should move in on 1st March. He gave me the bank account and routing number and zelle. He asked me to pay before so that he can put the property on hold. The lady who claimed to be the owner called to confirm my identity. They sent the lease agreement, because Mike was busy, I asked him to meet at the property but he was not around. He asked me to visit the neighbourhood because the unit was still occupied and he respect the privacy of current occupants. I paid the money 1250$ (950$ lease and 300$ deposit), he sent me the receipts. Since then he didn’t pick the phone, he didn’t reply my text email. I went to the property I knocked hard, none opened for me.
