Type of a scam Online Purchase

Purchased something from this website on November 23 2018. Within 24 hours I received an email stating they were out of product and that they refunded me and based on my banks timing I should get my refund within 7-21 days. I thought nothing of it but by the 20th day I still had received no refund so I attempted to contact them through their website and they were gone. I then attempted to reply to the email they had sent about my refund only to have it returned non deliverance because they were gone. I have since filed a complaint with my bank, the FTC and the BBB. Hopefully something can be done.
