Type of a scam Online Purchase

I purchase a vaccum from website Miguliu over two months ago. I ordered the vaccum to help with my service pets fur and to help make clean up easier since I am disabled. I received confirmation by text of order placed and a email. Waited a while then tried to email them and it came back not available for email. So then I tried to call the number the site had listed and it just kept ringing with no answer. I received a text two weeks ago that my shipment had ship so I waited and messaged the number back and nothing. And of course by then and a bit before i realized it was a scam. I am on a fixed income and receive SSI. I’m out $65.00 and still no vaccum. This business advertised different household items as well.

I bought the Spledide combo unit and Kuppet washer in May. It’s now the middle of July and still ain’t got it. It appears that the website is shut down now.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SHOP! They are a scam. I placed an order for $80 Nike shoes over 60 days ago. I attempted to email the company after no status on my order after a month but the email provided was not valid. I tried calling the phone number and no one pick-ups. It has been over 60 days since I placed my order and now it is says my order was shipped but no tracking was provided and nothing has been received. I filed a dispute with my bank. I hope they can get the funds back from these scammers.

On June 10th I ordered 3 cans of Great Lakes Collagen from Miguliu.com and spent around $70.00. Today is July 15, 2020 and still have not received my order. I as well got message stating my order had been shipped which came about 3 weeks ago. I guess I have been duped out of money and product.

I ordered a a box of protein bars online and received an email saying I would get another email when my product shipped. I waited the 18 business days per their site for shipping after receiving the initial email, confirming my order for status. I emailed the address given ([email protected]) to see if my item had shipped. The email bounced back. I clicked on the “Contact Us” link on the website, and nothing happened. I called the phone number and got a generic voicemail. I still have not received my product.

I am reporting this after seeing that at least two other people had the same experience I have. I ordered a scale online and received an email saying I would get another email when my scale shipped. The charge came off my debit card as "Betty Crawford", not "miguliu". Eight days after receiving the email, I emailed the address given ([email protected]) to see if my item had shipped. The email bounced back. I clicked on the "Contact Us" link on the website, and nothing happened. I called the phone number and got a generic voicemail. I have not received my product.
