Same here and I paid over $130 for my pool ionizer. It’s been over a month and no item. Looks like if I ever do receive it, it will be total garbage. The tracking went from China (DID NOT REALIZE THAT’S WHERE IT WAS COMING FROM UNTIL AFTER I RECEIVED TRACKING INFO!) Went from China, to New York, to California to Chattanooga (the final destination, but NOOOO!) From there it went to Atlanta, Ga and has been there for over two weeks. I cannot get ANY response from anyone and am going to reach out to PayPal in hopes of being reimbursed. UGH!

The very same thing happened to me! I ordered something (still have my invoice) and they sent me a $4 piece of crap that I cannot use. Product was shipped from CHINO California, but they want me to send to China! I am beyond pissed. Going to go my credit card company and have the charges reversed.

They advertise a product online, but send something totally worthless, a TOY…not what is advertised. They go by different names on facebook like Middleay, but when you pay through PayPal its a JH Mall, or Mall Mall. Their website is meant to trick the buyer into ordering one thing, but then they have a tab that says upgrade for more money, and try to say you didn’t order the upgrade, and ordered something regular. Check them out!

I should have checked out the reviews before ordering. As you can see, I had the same experience as the FOOL ME ONCE! person did. My photos show the same piece of junk as FOOL ME ONCE! is showing in their review. What really surprises me, is how to they get away with false advertising. I was also upset with PayPal (where I charged my order) for not standing up for me after sending them the Website URL where the item is advertised, and photos of what I received. Sending back the cheap item, where you have to pay more than the initial charge, is totally ludicrous. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM UNLESS YOU WANT TO GET RIPPED OFF! And, shame on PayPal for not protecting their customers.
