Mid 5 liquor store in Livonia will copy your credit/debit card information and try to use it for purchases or sell it to someone else to try and use. In my specific incident they tried to manually input my card number at a rite aid in Detroit and make a substantial purchase.There is also a Mid 5 liquor store in Detroit known as "Mid 5 Inc" (same owner) right down the street from the rite aid were my card was used coincidence? Luckily in my situation my banks fraud department caught the transaction before it went through. I use my debit card frugally and this was the only place i shopped at locally that was sketchy. I had to hand my card to the merchant behind the glass for him to run it and i should have paid more attention while he was running it. Be careful using your card at shady places and don’t support the cons at Mid 5 liquor in Livonia or Detroit. some one should set up a sting operation, i’m sure they get away with this on occasion.
