I received a call from 9403253954 a business located in Texas. Someone using a computer has used this number to call others to scam them for credit card information and to access their computer. They say they are a contractor for Microsoft Technical Support. The person who called here said his name was Alex, but refused to give me an address or phone number so I could verify what he was saying. I called the number that was on my called ID and it was a business in Texas called *** ***. The lady I spoke with said she had been getting calls at the business complaining about the scam calls calling from her number since the 27th of November.

The person on the scammer call got argumentative with me and did not want to give me the information I was requesting. He finally hung up.

These calls are annoying and phone companies and the FCC should be able to protect the citizens of the USA from these types of threats. I did not give them a chance to ask for money.
