Type of a scam Tech Support

I got a notification on my computer supposedly from Microsoft. There was a number to call 1-888-724-3021 so I called it. He claimed he was a Microsoft tech and would help me fix the problem involving a a Zeus trojan and someone was trying to hack into my computer. He had a strong middle eastern or Indian accent. I followed his directions and he gained remote control of my computer. Then he charged me $149.99 to fix it. I thought it was strange so I got on my kid’s tablet and saw that this is a common scam going on now. I checked and this is NOT microsoft. I cancelled my credit card but still need to change all of my passwords and banking info. During their control of my computer they went to a website called World live solutions have me a tech I.D number of 10597 and a phone # of 1-800-435-1333
