Type of a scam Tech Support
I receive calls from people claiming to be from Microsoft every few days. The calls come from various numbers. I have told them to remove my name several times and told them I know this is a scam. I received a call today. The caller ID says Microsoft Retai and the number was 469-587-3180. I did not answer it this time.
I am also contacting the FTC to give them this number. I sincerely hope this type of calling can be stopped.
